First session in the infrared sauna and I'm a convert! I've never been a sauna lover as they are always too hot and an awful heat, the infrared sauna was gorgeous. So calm and relaxing, the heat was perfect and 30 minutes was enough for me. I loved it so much I've got some more sessions and I'm bringing my mam along next time. Such a fantastic way to relax and enjoy the added health benefits we both need.
